All online trade-in offers are estimates only. Final payout is confirmed after physical inspection of your device. We reserve the right to send a revised offer if your device's condition differs from your description, subject to your approval.

Shipping is prepaid, not free: the actual insured shipping cost is deducted from your final payout, as disclosed and accepted before you submit your trade-in. Selling in store, where available, has no shipping deduction.

You represent that any device you send us is legally owned by you, free of any liens, and free of activation locks (such as Find My iPhone or Google's Factory Reset Protection) prior to shipment.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

The Tech Authority is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
